[Enhancement]: Alert Box Improvements

Describe the enhancement

• [x] Alerts are weirdly squashed when too many (make box scrollable)

• [x] Change the design of the alert box

• [x] Create a Filter out of the buttons at the top with three categories:
  • [x] Notifications
  • [x] Warnings
  • [x] Alerts

• [x] Add a sound to the alert categories, make it default muted and activatable by clicking this button (or activating it in the audio settings of Stereum)
