Awesome work here. I had previously found a Java reverse engineering of this protocol that used network sniffing to get at all the data, but I love you approach here.

I am going to integrate this into a Home Assistant plugin. I created a fork to start playing around, but in theory your code should handle almost all that is needed to get this integrated.

thanks so much! I'm glad it was helpful to someone. :) I'd love to see your integration, I'd never heard of Home Assistant until now, I'll check that out too!

This is awesome, I have the Shade Store blinds too and was wondering if I can have an API that I can trigger from Google Home or Alexa, Thanks @steveniemitz
