Widget appears, but is not clickable #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
rightclicking on any widget gets me contextmenu of desktop

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS. Win XP SP3, WidgetFX 1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
when clicking and moving the left mousebutton to move a widget, I instead
get the marking lines of the desktop to mark several desktop icons.

Basically it does not react at all. Clock is moving thoug, pics are working
etc. Menu in taskbar works, too

We can reproduce this on widgetfx 1.2
