Dock doesn't run when I click the link: http://widgetfx.org/dock/launch.jnlp
which is version 1.2.4

Only can run this link:
http://widgetfx.org/beta/launch.jnlp
which is version 1.2.1

I'm using WindowsXP and JRE 7
