dynamic application window names #3

have the name of the application be the Labe/Stream name -- so you can tell which is which when screen sharing

I have it set so it's OBSN X, where N is the tab number. This is a simple solution for now, with a better version coming once I figure out the UI/UX.

perhaps when I have "labels" added, I'll use those instead.

you can specify titles from the command line in OBSN I now give custom titles, but I dont think it makes sense to add this to OBSN at the moment
