The Comments of Facebook Live are not read by the bot but the Yotube chat reader is working properly

Can you send me a screen shot and link to a facebook stream to test with? I just tested it out quickly and it seems to be working:

Can you also disable any other chrome extension or try a different browser (incognito mode maybe?) to see if anything is conflicting with it.

Please also ensure your video is live, and not a recorded VOD.
