Intel will be filtered by Stelnet's exploration filters if:

[x] "Ruins"
[x] "Structure"
[x] "Salvageable"
[x] "Comm Relay"
[x] intel.getMapLocation().getMemoryMapWIthoutUpdate().getBoolean("$captainsLogIntel") must return true for any of these to be considered

Respects following keys:

[x] CaptainsLog_Enable_Ruins
[x] CaptainsLog_Enable_Salvageable
[x] CaptainsLog_Enable_Comm_Relays
[x] CaptainsLog_Enable_Colony_Structures
