Update text to not be EU specific #64

The UK has a Value-Added Tax (VAT) system and is not a EU member.

Our text on the page labels explicitly information for the EU. But appears for UK/GB

"European Union Residents VAT" "EU customers must confirm country of residence for VAT." and "Non-EU Resident"
