Blog post for new PageBuilder Plugin

In addition to a short introducing of the PageBuilder and our company, we would like to provide insights into the Pagebuilder highlights and content elements. In the main part we enable users reading this blog article to quickly dive into the PageBuilder by serving them a modular base for their own further frontend development - so that basic functions do not have to be written themselves.

@vcoisne Alright, I'll post the draft here then. Our PageBuilder will not be submitted to the Strapi Market - this has already been discussed with Mark and Aurielle.
