Send/Receive support #297

In order to implement remote send/receive feature ( like BTRFS/ZFS), this needs to land first in the upstream project XFS?

@eurodomenii send/receive is an interesting feature. This could be implemented at the filesytem layer or the block layer (Device Mapper or LVM). Stratis is keeping an eye out for opportunities to take advantage of such a feature.
