pre-Feature: make some fixes to replay service and add basic GQL endpoints #167

I am going to merge this midway through so that you all can use the GQL endpoints. Write now. It just supports fetching a single replay by id and fetching all of them simultaneously.

I still have some things to include, and as File Uploads are a bit trickier, it will take some time.

As for the replay service end, you can now fetch frame data from any uploaded replay!
