Ability to specify a fragment which can be individually rendered:

[x] Fragment class
[ ] Ability to render Fragment to HTML
[ ] Ability to render Fragment to Markdown
[ ] .toJson - exports Peritext Fragment in its native tree structure

Add ability to convert rich-text across formats:

[ ] It should work for the whole document as well as a range of it
[ ] Exports
