Map Zoom - Maintain zoom level when opening the map and centering on my location

A very frustrating part of Exploring services is the map first centers on Central Park, then (if I have enabled my location) centers on my location, then zooms out (rather jerkily) to a very high position which mean I have to zoom in again to have any sense of my local services. It also delays any subsequent searches when I choose filters and the map reloads

• [ ] Maintain the map zoom height when first landing on the map The only reason to automatically zoom out further is if a search needs to encompass results outside of the existing map window

The initial position zooms variously but there doesn't appear to be a consistent logic, with different numbers of locations provided by the Zoom depending on the category you choose from the homepage - same issue as streetlives/yourpeer.nyc-nextjs#100
