WhitelistMotd use ClassicMotd (or RandomMotd if enabled) when whitelisted #41

Perhaps instead of having MessageWhitelisted for WhitelistMotd have it show ClassicMotd or RandomMotd (if enabled)

this would allow having the MOTD saying the user isn't whitelisted but still allow using RandomMotd for whitelisted users
