MongoDB should be replaced with RethinkDB #10

For a number of reasons, not the least of which is that MongoDB, last time I checked, struggles with some of the basic queries we need (like getting a random comic).

The main downside I see with this is that it will mean I have to get off of Heroku and onto one of my servers like Stuartup.
