Slow healing syringe #1296

Feature description It's in the name, a slow healing syringe, speeds up the natural healing process and should probably heal broken bones. Most other base chemicals in-game instantly heal all wounds, I like to play doctor, so this would be a nice addition in my opinion.

Feature purpose Better for doctor shenanigans or whatever

Additional context Not really any other context, self explanatory.

The mending syringe is supposed to be what you're somewhat describing but it's still a little fast for an alternate to a slower life syringe. If I understood correctly
