Issue 16 - Fix header distortion on zoom #26

Mostly fixed this issue with the spacing. There is one weird thing where, when the viewport is too narrow, the text for "tech stack" will become vertical. Doesn't look great, but doesn't happen often.

There is one more thing where the penguin icon will just straight up disappear on small viewports.
