It's worth keeping an eye on Google's roughtime. Apparently TLS has the functionality of a roughtime server, so maybe TLS date could be tweaked to produce these proofs of miss-behavior. I suppose an advantage of roughtime is that anyone operating a roughtime server would actually care if they get called out for being wrong on the time.
NTP is installed but obviously cannot work. Needs to be replaced with tlsdate (waiting on debian package).
