Unable to use the dataset choice for mean value computation on Windows #46

Currently, the wxChoice used to allow the user to choose a dataset on which the 
fibernavigator should compute the mean fiber value is not used in Windows, 
because of a graphic glitch.

This should be fixed to allow the same behavior as on OSX and Linux.

Currently, on Windows, the first anatomy dataset in the list is used to compute 
the mean value.
