Unable to download captured video[mac] #301

I just dowloaded xdm 2020 on mac os cataline, Unable to download captured video, when try to click download it prompts "XDM needs additional components to download this video. Download components now? Yes/No" when i click yes each time the download failed and prompt "XDM could not download the file as server sent an invalid response"

how to solve this problem on mac? thanks in advance!

For mac, the existing installer is not up to date. working version is planned to be released, but delayed due to lack of time. However you can solve the problem using below workaround by downloading ffmpeg and youtube-dl to $HOME/.xdman folder FFmpeg binary for mac can be found in: https://evermeet.cx/ffmpeg/ Youtube dl: https://youtube-dl.org/

After download extract and copy the executables to $HOME/.xdman directory.
