Low performance on annotated documents #74

We just discovered that big documents with a lot of annotations have extremely low performance.

See for example:

1) Normal big document only with timecodes: http://ost.d4s.io/editor#55451f3d1871404a0c7dff95 works very well

2) Big document with 340 entities (121 uniq items), 162 subjects, 4 remarks: http://ost.d4s.io/editor#554e7662f10c3c030049f7ee I would say that it is already impossible to edit this document. It's already annotated, but editing isn't yet finished.

Note: given links is related to production mode, so please be aware of remove something :) you can also setup local server with old credentials, old db contains the same document.
