Add an option for whether or not cards in the card lens should be scrollable #105

Need to resolve what the "default" should be.

  1. Having them be non-scrollable would probably match most users' default expectations.
  2. Having them be scrollable might be odd for some, but it would make the option more discoverable ("Can I turn this off?"). The users that like it would not have to discover the option.
