Be able to create new folders from the "move to folder" dialogue #16

This would allow a user to search for a folder via the "Move to Folder" command, see that there isn't one there, and create that folder directly from that command in as "Create and Move to Folder".

Users should be able to specify & create nested folders with slashes in the name path.

This has been implemented as of 3d27be60107723b8d2443292c591552faad7bf41, but I'm keeping it open in case issues show up.
