I don't know, tell me more? My preference is to work with whatever version of Python 3 is included with latest release of Debian, Fedora, or Ubuntu. Those systems ship a /usr/bin/python3
, so there's no real need to refer to minor version.
I looked at the changelogs of the past few releases of Python 3. I agree that this shouldn't cause a problem. I think it would be similar to having different Gtk versions
We need a "Activity Port to Python 3" checklist , for example;
