Add activity palette #60

This is not working. I got:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ) lib/sugar-web/graphics/activitypalette.js:94

There are also some JSHint issues. Please use that command to idenfity errors, as explained in http://developer.sugarlabs.org/web-style.md.html .
