No explanation of `one-based` #8

In the UG, the term one-based is used. It'd be better if this term is elaborated more clearly as reader may not understand it.

Team's Response

The target audience of our product is NUS SOC Professors, many of them are familiar with such terms. Furthermore, I think the term one-based is quite intuitive for the reader to understand especially in the context of an index.
