  2. Open the app in fullscreen.
  3. Run the help command.
  4. Close the new help window that opens by clicking on close button on top left corner.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for a few times. Expected Outcome:
The application should be working as normal.
 Actual Outcome:
The application crashes and becomes unusable and have to be forcefully shut.

Team's Response

We cannot reproduce this problem on MacOS, even after trying the help command 10 times in a row.

We suspect this might be the user's hardware issue. The user may have many applications open and running in the background.

Team chose [response.CannotReproduce]

Reason for disagreement: Thanks for trying to reproduce the bug. Based on your suggestions, I have closed most of my background applications and tried to replicate the bug again. However, I was still able to replicate it and the application still does crashes. Please refer to the video attached. I do not think it might be an issue with my hardware, as my computer can handle multiple applications running in the background without much issue. Moreover, having looked through the User Guide and Developer Guide, I could not find any section stating that the users cannot have/recommended to not have multiple applications open and running in the background when using the application. Perhaps, it might be better to limit the application's window sizing, as our team also had issues with the help command due to this. The number of times it takes for the crash to happen varies, I have observed that if the application has been running for some time with some commands already been executed like add, edit etc, it would crash in a fewer number of tries.
