version 0.5.1: fix bugs with writing to Solr #109

Solr doc "anno_jsonld" field must have an id set for the outer node; this meant that Annotation model had to reload the graph with LdpLoader after storing the anno (to get the stored id in the graph).
avoid double slashes in base identifier for anno (only add a slash between base_url and unique id if there isn't one already there)
update to rails 4.2.0, and pin to rspec 3.1 b/c of a possible bug with argument matchers
