the login screen does not include the SSO login so I cannot login #62

Submitted By: corbetta@stanford.edu Description: At folio-test.stanford.edu I am expecting to see the SSO login under the Username and Password boxes but it is not there. Do I have the wrong url? this might be user error! Instance HRID: <strong>Patron barcode: </strong> FOLIO App: Other Urgency: I can't work until this is fixed. Browser: Chrome

i will answer corbetta via email explaining that TEST is down this week

and will find out why this user isn't in the list of users with permissions (which is also the list of people that got notified about the outage)
