Closes https://github.com/sul-dlss/earthworks/issues/1114
Addresses items 1 and 2.
Partially addresses item 3 (add the DOI to the data but doesn't display it), it is now stored in the index.
Addresses 4 (the boolean gbl_georeferenced_b field). Also adds dct_realtion_sm to hold the link as requested.
