Common texture UV mapping changes and Alt Texture Packs #38

Alternative texture packs, such as Sippyfrog's KSO texture pack, will need to be updated to conform to the new UV mapping / details implemented from R0.04a onwards.

To facilitate this process, once there has been a feature freeze on the default FusTek texture atlases, the following resources will need to be created to help alt texture pack authors:

UV map template showing which regions correspond to which parts
Ambient Occlusion (AO) overlay to allow proper shadow effects (e.g. near hatches)

Sippyfrog has informed me that he plans to eventually remake the KSO Phase II alt texture packs from scratch.

In the meantime, alt texture packs by @InsaneDruid, @nothke and Bitterkoekje already conform to the new UV layout.

Removed KSO texture pack due to lack of updates.

Also, most alt texture pack authors have already gotten the hang of keeping their work up-to-date with my revisions, so publishing templates won't be necessary anymore.
