Price Balancing for FusTek Parts (see comment for spreadsheet/rationale) #41

Ignore the commits that seemingly have rationales in them, those rationales might have changed. I've got them all here on a google doc. The basic cost formula is

( StockEquivelantPartCost(function1) + Stock EquivelantPartCost(function2) ) * Premium Factor (1.25) = Total Cost

I've taken on board some of your suggestions regarding price balancing rationale, and devised my own final, official prices for the parts:
