MLI Blankets alternative textures #49

Alex (InsaneDruid) has made some really nice alternative textures for FusTek, which depicts Multi-layer insulation (MLI) blankets covering the surface of station modules:

I've invited him to upload his textures directly into the Alt Textures subfolder in the official FusTek repo, and we'll figure out how to integrate them into the MM patches.

The MM patches have been composed so that they are modular (i.e. any texture pack can be installed/removed without requiring manual editing of the main FusTek_MMPatch_TextureSwitch.cfg file)

Ready for R0.04a!
