Tweak ModuleManager Patchs.

Adding MechJeb and RemoteTech to the Resupply Module seems reasonable enough.

As for enabling CLS, I don't think that's appropriate - the Resupply Module doesn't have an IVA, nor is it intended to be used as a corridor (the bottom side will be stacked onto a yet-to-be made ATV service module).

I remove the CLS Support in the Resupply Module
