Enchancement - Allow CFG Loader to update cios if user chooses. #83

What version of the product are you using? 70 mod 45

Suggestion: That they allow people the ability to update (or at least download 
for another program to update) the cios files that are needed to run games if 
they are lacking them or wish to update them to the newest versions as well.

Additional Information: Suggesting it as it would make many lives easier. Never 
thought about it till I tried to play a game off my nephews Wii and it required 
an update to 249 but all my equipment to actually update it are not at their 
house.
