Default theme not loading correctly #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start up configable USB loader
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
colors are off, theme doesn't load but if I choose it it works fine

What version of the product are you using?
70r45

If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?

If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.

Please attach the log file if possible (system->debug->save debug).

Please attach a syscheck if possible.
