Can't load config.txt from USB #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load usbloader app from USB NOT sd card (do not have a sd card inserted).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Under settings i see 'CFG base: sd:/usb-loader', it should read 'CFG base: 
usb:/usb-loader'

What version of the product are you using?
cfg70MODr49.dol

Please provide any additional information below.
If I try to update the app or download covers it will not work as no paths can 
be found. Please also note i cannot try sd card because my sd card slot broke 
so i've resorted to loading from usb.

Also note that my apps loaded from usb stick, while my games loaded from usb 
hdd,
I suspect the usb hdd was being scanned for files and usb stick was being 
ignored?
