Votes with party number is different on different pages :/ #470

A reporter was going to use this number and then noticed it was different in different places, so they were not sure which one was accurate. Seen on: http://www.opencongress.org/people/show/412534_Bradley_Schneider screen shot 2014-10-14 at 2 55 15 pm
