1u1 Provider #39

Since a week, i cant get 1u1 Provider. Session Status is "ok", Recordings are show in List, but cant play (same error msg) Zattoo Direct works perfectly. Can you fix?

You need to use your 1&1 home network for streaming.

Hi, the rising is active in my 1&1 home network, but i need stream it to my second network (Vodafone)

Then you need to restream it using tvheadend inside the 1&1 network, or you need to connect your Vodafone client to the 1&1 network using a VPN. You can also upgrade your TV plan and select a subscription that supports other networks.
