This PR intend to propose improvement to the latest version of VestingSchedulerV2. The changes includes :

Claimable functions using amount and duration now take "claim period" over "claim validity date" as an input
Added an explicit claim log info when vesting schedules are claimable
Claiming a schedule now deletes claimValidityDate from the persisted VestingSchedule struct
