Remove console window in windows and log stdout/stderr #836

It's easier for most people to find the log file than to capture the output of the console window. Either change the default for --log= in case of windows, or add this parameter to the installer.

Note that I am not closing this ticket yet, since some information is currently not logged (i.e. the redirect is happening too late to capture things like paths).

hired777: I had to move the redirecting into the file manager so that I could start the redirect before the important information is printed, but it can certainly be done ;)
