Add a sea surface according to the current position

• Continue to use the base square with a simple diffuse texture and a normal texture used to have wave effect in relation to a moving light.
• Set shape according to global state (center point coordinate, tangent coord system for those coordinates)
• Shape coordinates do not change once set, create more instance side to side

This issue comes after developping the app state giving the current position and more information (#4)
