Various stream/unstream problems #824

This is all in Reaper.

Issue 1:

After saving and loading a session (some) group processors don't work right. Filter mutes the sound, microgate sounds borked, EQ makes no difference etc etc. Waveshaper does work.

Issue 2:

Load a SCXT in reaper, route MIDI to the track from something, bring in a sample. Save the session. Re-load the session over and over (easy to do from the "recent projects menu"), and try to play a few notes after each load. After 2-3 tries or so I invariably get a load in which it makes no sound. At that point, clicing the the rec button on the track triggers the freeze. Force crashing Reaper gives this log: Freeze on load.txt

Issue 3:

Occasionally I'll load reaper and a SC instance will have forgotten its entire state. Samples, setup, everything gone. I don't have consistent repro yet. All I got so far is it's only happened after putting lost of stuff into an instance.

I am going to close this; I think the work since has resolved it and fresh testing is appropriate but if i'm wrong please re-open.
