Display Alternate Issue Covers

It would be nice if users could see alternate covers for issues that have them 
in ComicVine.  That way, if they have scanned in an alternate cover for their 
eComic, they can still find it using the scraper.

This feature has been implemented in 1.0.28.   

The "show cover art" checkbox in the Issues dialog (but not the Series dialog) 
has been replaced by an alternate cover label that says something like:

Issue 5 - Cover 1 of 3

or:

Issue 3 - Single Cover

If multiple covers are available, some little arrows will appear to allow you 
to navigate between the different covers.

Also note that if you navigate to a particular cover when you are scraping a 
fileless comic book, that is the cover that will be used to generate that comic 
books thumbnail image (see issue 127.)
