Error occured during load."Manzana.MobileDevice"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download iphonebrowser.
2. Install it (I have Vista 32x)
3. Run it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of application starting, it give me an error text:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest SetupiPhoneBrowser.1.93.exe 

Please provide any additional information below.
Error msg says "They type initializer for 'Manzana.MobileDevice' threw an
exception.. The program will now exit, sorry. Please report this online"

do you have iTunes installed ?
wich version ?
i had the same problem when I was running iTunes 8. After the upgrade to 
version 9,
the problem disappeared.

OKAY I have the solution to this problem.

1. Install (or REinstall) Microsoft .net Framework 1.1
2. Install (or REinstall) Microsoft .net Framework 2.0
3. Ensure that in Run>services.msc that Bonjour, as well as any essential 
Microsoft
dependencies for .net 1.1 and 2.0, are set to Automatic and are Started.
4. Reinstall iPhonebrowser 1.91
5. Try it out. If it still does not work, then reinstall iTunes as well.
6. After doing all this - that is, if you do reinstall iTunes, 
install/reinstall .net
Framework 1.1 and 2.0 (from Microsoft Website), enable all Windows services 
which are
dependencies of Bonjour and .net frameworks (just enable all of them if you 
don't
know which ones) within services.msc, and also have started up iTunes and 
connected
your iPhone or iPod Touch before starting iPhoneBrowser - and after doing all 
this it
still does not work, you have two final options:
* A. Reinstall an official Apple version OS on your iPhone/iPod Touch 
(Recommended
3.0 -- NOT 3.12 or 3.13 etc etc)
* B. Install/Reinstall an official Windows Operating System (xp SP3 or newer) 
from
the install CD/DVD, with a valid license key, then install iTunes 8.2 (NOT 9.0, 
or
9.1, etc etc), install official 3.0 OS (restore firmware) on your iPod through 
iTunes
by connecting iPhone/iPod Touch; then, HOLDING SHIFT, click "Restore" after you 
have
downloaded an official Apple version of the 3.0 OS for your device, and install 
it;
then use the Reds0w to jailbreak your device, then on Windows install .net 
framework
1.1 from Microsoft's website, then install .net framework 2.0 from Microsoft's
website, then do all your official Windows updates, then install iPhoneBrowser 
1.91
(NOT 1.93, to be safe), then start iTunes, then open iPhoneBrowser.

7. IF, after doing ALL of step 6, it still does not work, you can do one or all 
of
the following three options:
* A. Go buy a shotgun, and when you get home, unload as many shots as you can 
afford
into your iPod Touch or iPhone, because the stupid device is broken.
* B. Turn the shotgun towards your computer (NOT the monitor! The monitor has 
nothing
to do with your computer problems!) and once again unload as many shots as you 
can
afford into your computer, without your neighbor(s) calling the cops 
[alternatively,
you can go out to Arizona or even take a flight to the Sahara Desert or 
someplace
random and deserted, like most of Madagascar, or much of California], because 
your
computer is broken and a stupid piece of today's relatively worthless 
technology.
* C. finally, turn the shotgun barrel towards your face. Only one shot is 
needed, but
put in two shots just in case the first one doesn't quite do the trick, because 
your
life sucks and nothing works.

NOTES: 
* If you have never disabled or messed with any Windows services (go to "Run" 
and
type "services.msc"), then try doing the other steps and see if it works 
because a
disabled dependency is probably not the issue.
* Bonjour is installed with iTunes by default, and is required to be running 
when
iPhoneBrowser is started, because Bonjour is a dependency for iPhoneBrowser
* "manzana" is an entity integrated into Apple iPhones and iPods, which 
iPhoneBrowser
exploits in order to be able to run. In other words, "manzana.mobiledevice", 
which is
part of any iPod Touch or iPhone software, is a dependency for iPhoneBrowser.
* A "dependency" is self-explanatory; it refers to something that something 
else is
dependent on to run. For example, an Operating System is a dependency for any 
program
you try to run on a computer - that is, a software program is dependent on, 
that is,
requires, an Operating System in order to run (typically, but not always - 
that's
just an example). If you don't know the word "dependent", please reference any
English dictionary, like dictionary.com.

* This has been tested to be a working solution for the following operating 
systems:
Windows XP SP1 x86/x64 Home/Professional/Ultimate - all versions
Windows XP SP2 x86/x64 Home/Professional/Ultimate - all versions
