Switch to *.po files to increase translations. #309

Using a single po template with strings to translate and putting it on
Launchpad Translations w (which only accepts po files) will likely increase
the number of translations.

po file is good, however ggl uses the same localization mechanism as desktop 
gadgets,
which would be easier for gadgets developers and can save some code.

I'm wondering if it's possible to write some scripts to convert current xml 
format
to/from po format, so that it would be easier for translation.
