Center finder only once axis #363

Added center search for only one axis, added as 2 checkboxes on the center search tab image

Thanks for the work, but there was more to do, than your changes: Only X or Y should work for inside and outside workpiece probing. If only one axis is probed, only the selected axis should be zeroed. If only one axis is probed, the progress bar info must be adapted.
