Adding MSP support #109

Getting Statistics from an MSP Account fails with the following error: Unknown API error: You are not authorized to perform this operation

Solution would be passing an additional cookie header: https://www.site24x7.com/help/api/#msp-api

Would be nice if we could pass this with an environment variable :)

I don't currently have any way to test this as a contract that had me working on this has just ended. However, I'd gladly accept a contribution for this (or you could contract me - contact me via email). It should be fairly easy to add from the looks of it.

Thanks for the Reply. Sadly I don't have the skills myself and the company doesn't quite have the need for it enough to have you contracted.
