Remove regex lexer #2

I found a way to get rid of the RegexLexer by using pygments BashLexer for all os examples.

Hi,

thanks to your hints yesterday I could simplify the extension. I branched from master and cherrypicked the css-changes, but did not find the ones that prepend the $. Did they go somewhere else? They might not work anymore since the html structure changed a bit. I gladly look into that, when I know where this specific styles are.
