Couldn't get chat_id! #1165

Couldn't get chat_id! list index out of range Couldn't get chat_id! list index out of range chat_id is none, nothing sent! Plot Manager has started...

请问这是什么原因？？

Send a message to the bot, then start. The manager takes the most recent msg to the bot to find the chat_id for notifications.
